Our therapeutic meditation programme is grounded in humanistic psychology, offering a gentle exploration of our fundamental nature and needs in a calm, restorative setting. Sessions are complemented with optional essential oils, soothing mint tea or mint-infused ice for a complete care experience.​

About Us
The Heart of Our Care
My name is Stephanie (MBACP, GMBPsS), Founder of CHALK self-care and a London-based psychotherapist specialising in transitional life stages. My clinical work integrates mindfulness-based interventions with psychoeducation and introspective approaches to support emotional regulation, personal development, and psychological resilience. I aim to create a therapeutic environment that is both supportive and healing where clients can engage in meaningful self-exploration and experience self-care as a reparative, grounding process.​

Informed by contemporary psychological research and clinical insight, I also lead the development of therapeutic programmes in collaboration with a team of interdisciplinary experts. As a core part of my practice, these initiatives are designed to increase therapeutic accessibility and promote emotional well-being through evidence-based, person-centred frameworks.
