Collaboratively we'll explore your current life events and past experiences, allowing us to establish meaningful and achievable goals. This process is supported by therapeutic methods and psychoeducation designed to foster self-regulation and decrease dependency on therapy.

We believe therapy is a preliminary step in our broader journey of self-care and well-being. By committing to a deep exploration and understanding of ourselves, we can uncover the root causes of our challenges. This profound self-awareness empowers us to confront obstacles with clarity, compassion, and resolve, enabling us to develop transformative strategies for sustained growth

and lasting change.

We recognise that this journey won’t always follow a rigid timetable, and that formal settings, virtual meetings, or continuous interventions may not align with everyone’s preferences. That’s why we move away from traditional methods, offering an approach centered on your autonomy that creates space for self-reflection, the application of new insights and therapeutic tools, and the consistency and assurance of trained professionals who are ready to provide support when needed.

SPACE & PACE

Our approach strives to emulate a relaxed, dynamic, and thoughtful way of being. To support this, we offer a range of mediums, including walk-and-talk sessions, text and voice messaging, journaling, online meetings, or in-person sessions at carefully selected offices, cafes and restaurants.

Sessions are offered in sets of three and can be spread across different mediums. You can book appointments 48 hours in advance, with the flexibility to space them up to three weeks apart, giving you a 9-week window to use them at your own pace.

A crucial part of our collaboration will involve the tools and psychoeducation provided by our professionals. This will include a written session review after each meeting, along with carefully selected materials designed to simplify and enhance your understanding of your progress and growth.
