Our approach aims to foster a relaxed, dynamic, and thoughtful way of being. To support this, we offer traditional therapeutic methods in addition to our unique IOCP approach. Based on your requirements, we offer a variety of formats, including walk-and-talk sessions, text and voice messaging, journaling and reflection sessions, online meetings, or in-person sessions at thoughtfully chosen offices, cafes, and restaurants.

Sessions are offered in sets of three and can be spread across different mediums. You can book appointments 48 hours in advance, with the flexibility to space them up to three weeks apart, giving you a 9-week window to use them at your own pace.

IOCP

Therapeutic coaching combines coaching methods with therapeutic techniques to help individuals overcome emotional and psychological barriers, fostering personal growth and well-being. Unlike traditional coaching, which is primarily goal-focused, therapeutic coaching delves into underlying patterns and past experiences that may be holding clients back. This approach uses tools from therapy, such as mindfulness and cognitive techniques, to support emotional resilience while remaining action-oriented. Ideal for those facing transitions or seeking self-awareness, therapeutic coaching helps clients move past limiting beliefs and achieve meaningful change without replacing traditional therapy for deeper mental health needs.
